This forecast was made on air during a telethon by the Intelligence Directorate representative Andriy Yusov, commenting on the attack on the oil depot in the Bryansk region. According to him, the destruction of this facility significantly complicates logistics for the Russian army.
"A good bang, a good 'boom'. Such events regularly occur at military facilities on the territory of the aggressor state. Obviously, when it comes to an oil depot involved in supplying the occupation corps with fuel and lubricants, it complicates logistics for the occupiers. This disrupts the supply schedules, the support schedules," said Yusov.
He added that such attacks, accordingly, help the defense forces both in the rear and directly at the front line.
"This provides additional opportunities, extra time, and increases maneuver space for our defenders," emphasized the Intelligence Directorate representative.
It should be noted that in the morning, Russian authorities reported that electronic warfare equipment suppressed a drone over the Bryansk region, but "in the destruction of the aerial target, munitions were dropped on the territory of the Klintsy oil depot." A fire broke out there, and the occupiers involved a fire train to assist in extinguishing it.
The media reported that the attack on the oil depot was organized by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
