Mykolaiv paratroopers from the 79th brigade of the Russian Air Force burned five enemy tanks and captured their crew.
This was reported on the Facebook page of the 79th separate amphibious assault brigade (Mykolaiv).
It is noted that a battle took place in Donetsk region, during which Ukrainian paratroopers repelled an enemy tank attack, and some of the crew members who survived in combat equipment were captured.

The 79th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade is a unit of Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Based in Mykolaiv. In 2014, the brigade participated in the defense of the Donetsk airport. A unit of the 79th brigade under the command of Maksym Myrhorodskyi also took part in the battles for Debaltseve. Since 2016, the airmobile brigade has been reinforced by a tank company.
