The Svoboda volunteer battalion, part of the National Guard of Ukraine, destroyed an enemy command post of engineers with a direct hit.

About the battalion

The Svoboda Battalion is a unit of the National Guard of Ukraine that is part of the 4th Operational Brigade. The formation was created in April 2022. The battalion defended the Kyiv region, liberating Irpin, Bucha, and Gostomel. After the enemy retreated from the Kyiv region, the Svoboda battalion moved east and participated in the battles for Rubizhne, Lysychansk, the outskirts of Horlivka, and Bakhmut.
