The United Kingdom's intelligence service released a picture of Russian military equipment at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
British intelligence published a satellite image of the nuclear power plant in Energodar dated 21 August.
It showed three Russian armored cars and two military trucks about 60 meters from the fifth reactor of the power plant.
According to scouts, Russia's actions carry risks for the operation of the reactor.
Earlier, one of the nuclear power plant engineers said that Russia also hides military equipment under the transition galleries between buildings.
On August 24, President Volodymyr Zelensky at the UN Security Council said that Russia should stop nuclear blackmail and completely withdraw from the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
Also on that day, Russian media reported that the Russian military detained two employees of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant for cooperation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Recall that on August 13, the military of the Russian Federation brought 2S7 Pion artillery mounts to the Energodar region in Zaporozhye.
In the published photographs, the installation has decals in the form of the Latin letter "Z".
In early August, suspicious activity of Russian soldiers was recorded at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in Energodar.
There are about 500 Russian soldiers and military equipment on the territory of the station, including armored personnel carriers, anti-aircraft installations and equipment for radiochemical reconnaissance.
