The thought of why peaceful Ukrainians did not die before February 24 did not bother Nebenzya.

The representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said that the responsibility for the deaths of civilians in Ukraine lies with the West, which is arming Kyiv.

Only before February 24, the West did not supply weapons to Ukraine.

And there were no civilian casualties before February 24.

And now that there are no Russian troops in Bucha and Irpen, no civilians are being killed there.

Earlier, Sergey Kyslytsya, the representative of Ukraine in the UN reported Nebenzya said that the USA and Europe were waging a "proxy" war against Russia in Ukraine.

Of course, anything he says can and will be used against him in court, the Ukrainian diplomat added.

Earlier Nebenzya was accused lying by the BBC journalist.
