On the morning of June 14, Ukraine's air defenses shot down two enemy missiles fired over the sea.

This was reported in the Odessa City Council with reference to an official statement from the Operational Command "South".

It is noted that 2 Onyx missiles were fired from the coastal missile complex, from the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea and were destroyed over the sea by the air defense unit.

About Onyx missile

Onyx missile - Soviet supersonic universal anti-ship missile of medium range. Its purpose is to combat surface naval groups and single ships. It can also be used against ground targets, while the range of the target can be increased.
