The command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed a fragment of the combat work of Ukrainian helicopters and fighters on its Facebook page and in the Telegram channel.
Footage from the helicopter cockpit shows how unguided air missiles are being struck. Then follows a rapid descent and withdrawal to the side and back with the firing of thermal traps.
"Combat work of helicopters of the Air Force and army aviation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the message reads.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is a type of armed forces armed with fighter, bomber and transport aircraft, as well as anti-aircraft missile forces and radio engineering forces. The Air Force in this form was created in 2004 by merging two types: the Air Force and the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine.
It will be recalled that the strike aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out 1,700 group airstrikes against the occupying forces.
