Photos taken by the Russians from aboard the helicopter participating in the evacuation of the Zmiynyi garrison have appeared online.

We will remind you that on June 30, 2022, Russian troops fled from the Ukrainian island after another shelling by the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

The photo shows that Mi-8/17 and Mi-24/35 helicopters were used for evacuation.

The Russians left the Pancyr S-1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system and a radar that visually resembles the P-18 on the island.

The platforms of Chornomornaftogaz, which were hit earlier, also got into the frame. As of June 30, there were no signs of fire at these facilities.

We will remind you that the battle for Snake Island has been going on since the first day of the Russian invasion - February 24, 2022. During the confrontation between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, the Russians lost the flagship missile cruiser "Moskva", the rescue ship "Vasily Beh", a large number of speed boats "Raptor" and "BK-16", the amphibious assault boat "Serna", as well as several SAMs and other equipment based on the island.
