The Senate of Ireland recognized the Russian invasion of Ukraine as genocide

The Irish Senate passed a resolution recognizing Russia's invasion of Ukraine as genocide.
This was announced by the Speaker of the Upper House of the Irish Parliament Mark Daly on Twitter .
"The Russian Federation's illegal invasion of Ukraine is an act of genocide," the Irish parliamentarian was quoted as saying.
