On January 25, Lieutenant Colonel Denys Prokopenko, Commander of the 12th Special Forces Brigade Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine, addressed the delegates of the EstMil. tech 2024 military conference in Tallinn, Estonia, via a video speech.
