A mercenary from PMC Wagner Andriy Medvedev fought against Ukraine for 4 months, and now he has quietly fled to Norway and is seeking political asylum there

Although as a mercenary he is not entitled to it. There is only one way for him according to the law - prison.
Moreover, he escaped because the command gave him orders under which he could not effectively kill Ukrainians. Andriy has no remorse.

A similar story was with the Russian paratrooper Pavel Filatev.

He, like Medvedev, was pulled out of Russia by Vladimir Osechkin. Having been granted asylum in France, Filatiev refused to testify and began to harass a representative of the Ukrainian police who wanted to interrogate him.
Now Filatiev feels great, has asylum and money and roams freely in France.
Fleeing to European countries and impunity of Russian murderers is becoming a bad trend.
Why are we watching war criminals getting comfort instead of prisons?
