In Mariupol, soldiers of the Azov Regiment have killed 1,157 enemies since the beginning of the war

In Mariupol, Azov Regiment fighters have, since the beginning of a full-scale offensive by the Russian aggressor, eliminated 1,157 enemies and destroyed and damaged a large number of Russian equipment. This was reported in the Telegram by the soldiers of the Azov Regiment, who published a chronicle of the struggle for Mariupol.

"The enemy planned to take Mariupol in three days. The Azov Regiment fought an unequal battle with the overwhelming forces of the enemy, numbering more than 14,000 troops. Despite enemy aircraft, heavy bombs, overwhelming enemy forces and naval artillery, the defenders stood between the enemy and the whole of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale offensive of the occupier, the Azov Regiment has killed: according to confirmed data - 1157 enemy manpower (also 840 - according to unconfirmed data), "- said in a statement.

It is noted that the sanitary losses of the aggressor amount to 520 people, which is confirmed, and 3150 - according to unconfirmed data. 

The fighters listed the enemy's equipment that was destroyed or damaged: 

• 49 tanks were destroyed and 29 were damaged; 
• APC - 23 destroyed and 24 damaged; 
• BMP - 36 destroyed and 24 damaged; 
• BMD - 5 destroyed; BBM: "Typhoon" - 2 destroyed and 2 damaged; 
• "Tiger" - 3 destroyed and 2 damaged; 
• "Lynx" - 2 destroyed and 2 damaged; 
• trucks - 25 destroyed and 8 damaged.

Also, soldiers of the Azov Regiment destroyed the Raptor boat and damaged the SU-25 plane.
