"The Rashists hit Mykolaiv with converted S-300 anti-aircraft missiles! Residential buildings were attacked by the enemy at 4 am. The Russians are also hitting educational institutions and hospitals," the report says.

"At four in the morning, we heard the first explosion. We still thought we would be blown away, as usual. But then, after the second explosion, my 10-year-old son gets up from his room and says: "Mom, we go to every explosion, we have a bomb shelter , we go there." And we went there on the second explosion, the siren went off and we went to the bomb shelter," said resident Tetyana .
