“The situation in our area of ​​responsibility remains tense. The enemy does not conduct active offensive operations on the line of collision, accumulates forces and tries to restore damaged equipment. At the same time, in the occupied territories of the Kherson and Nikolaev regions, in parallel with the imposition of the ideology of the “Russian world”, total looting by the occupying authorities continues. The invaders steal grain, equipment, property, people and take them to Russia. Identified pro-Ukrainian activists are tortured and shot for refusing to cooperate. Departures from the settlements under the rashists are blocked, ”the message says.
