The Antoniv bridge across the Dnipro in Kherson was seriously damaged after night shelling. This was confirmed in the Russian propaganda media by representatives of the occupation administration of the region.

Collaborator Kyrylo Stremousov, who calls himself "deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region", reported that traffic on the Antoniv bridge in Kherson is currently closed after an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuriy Sobolevskyi also confirmed that the Antoniv Bridge was significantly damaged. According to him, traffic on the bridge is currently blocked. He is sure that the restoration work will take a long time.

The military confirmed the strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Antonivsky bridge in Kherson, temporarily occupied by the Russians.

Natalya Humenyuk, spokeswoman for the press center of the Defense Forces of the South, said on the air of the All-Ukrainian telethon that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are keeping strategically important and logistical transport routes, which are of critical importance to the enemy, under fire control.

"The work of our artillery is so delicate and jewel-like that it is more aimed at demoralizing the enemy's army," Humenyuk said.
