The business, registered as Olympian Serhiy Bubka, serves the tenders of the so-called "DNR"

The famous Ukrainian Olympian Serhii Bubka has found a business, part of which is located in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region and serves the occupiers from the DPR. This is the "Mont Blanc" company, which is also registered to Vasyl Bubka, the athlete's brother.

Investigative journalist Maria Zemlyanska stated this in a material for Bihus.Info . It is known that "Mont Blanc" is an old family business of Serhiy Bubka, established in Donetsk, Ukraine, with the main activity of fuel trading.

In Ukraine, "Mont Blanc" was registered to three owners: brothers Serhiy and Vasyl, as well as to the athletes' mother Valentina Bubka.

Before the events of 2014, the company participated in Ukrainian tenders. She won contracts for the supply of fuel and food worth millions of hryvnias.

There are data in the Ukrainian registers that in 2014, businesses in the territories occupied by Russia under the guise of the "proclamation" of the so-called "DPR" did not close.

Moreover, "Mont Blanc" continued to participate in Ukrainian tenders, having changed its legal address. According to the documents, the company from Donetsk "moved" to Volnovakha (at that time not occupied). It was last seen in public auctions in 2018.

The company appeared in Russian registers at the beginning of 2023. This happened after the entry into force of the law of the aggressor country, which obliged all companies in the occupied territories to bring their documents into compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Only the Bubka brothers are listed as owners, Donetsk is again indicated as the registration address. Vasyl Bubka is considered the director.

Journalists managed to find information that in May 2023, the Russian firm "Mont Blanc" of the Bubok brothers began to officially trade with terrorists. Investigators found three contracts for the supply of fuel for the structures of the invaders, published on the Russian procurement portal.

On May 4, the company concluded an agreement with the so-called "Republican Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Health" of the pseudo-republic for almost 100,000 rubles. For this money, it must provide the occupiers with 2,000 liters of fuel.

Note that the company does not sell fuel itself, but coupons for it. You can use them at "Mont Blanc" gas stations. There are at least six of them, all in the Ukrainian territories temporarily occupied by Russia: four in Donetsk, one each in Makiivka and near Volnovakha.

The next agreement is dated May 26. "Mont Blanc" sold 11.5 thousand liters of fuel for 669 thousand rubles, the so-called to the federal state institution "Center for ensuring the activity of the Treasury of Russia".

The date of the last contract that could be found is May 30. The Bubok company sold 1,200 liters of fuel for 63,000 rubles to the "Republican Treasury" of the illegal "DNR".

All contracts with the occupiers bear the signature of Vasyl Bubka as the head of the company. The registration documents indicate that he is a citizen of Russia. And Serhiy Bubka is listed as a citizen of Ukraine in the same documents.
