For the first time, the Ukrainian delegation took part in a meeting of the Steering Committee of the NATO Joint Center for Advanced Technology in Cyber Defense (CCDCOE) in Tallinn.
This was reported by the press service of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
Ukraine's accession to CCDCOE is an important step for our country to strengthen international cooperation in the field of cybersecurity and cyber defense.
The head of the Ukrainian delegation - Head of the Information and Cyber Security Service of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Secretary of the National Coordination Center for Cyber Security Natalia Tkachuk - thanked the members of the Steering Committee for Ukraine's support. blocked some countries.
According to her, for many years Russian hackers have been attacking our cyberspace and the cyberspace of other democracies around the world. Today we are united and together with the whole civilized world we oppose the aggressor.
CCDCOE is one of NATO's cyber-attack and cybersecurity centers, as well as the training and education of NATO cybersecurity professionals.
Natalia Tkachuk stressed that raising the Ukrainian flag in the CCDCOE was an important sign for our country to develop cyber defense capabilities, and expressed hope that the CCDCOE solution will be an example for other international organizations, including NATO, the EU and the UN.
